The site is located on land adjacent to High Barnet station owned by Places for London.
The current station environment is unwelcoming and unattractive. With poor accessibility for pedestrians and vehicles alike, it feels disconnected from the community it serves, with large areas of the site cut off and underutilised.
Our proposals will help to transform this site into a connected residential neighbourhood that promotes wellbeing and forms part of the local community rather than sitting apart from it.
The area of the site we are developing currently includes the station car park, the area to the south of the station pedestrian entrance and the storage container yard.
We will not be redeveloping the existing station buildings, areas of woodland to the north of the site, Abrams House train crew accommodation or the adjacent substation.
