Welcome to our public consultation website, sharing early ideas for Barratt London and Places for London’s proposals to develop the area around High Barnet station.

The proposals will deliver up to 300 new homes including 40% affordable homes, new retail and improved public realm on the site of the existing station car park and surrounding land currently used for container storage.

We held our first round of public consultation in November and December 2024. Thank you if you attended one of our drop-ins, our community webinar or completed a feedback form with your thoughts on our proposals.

We have now confirmed the dates for our second round of public consultation to share further information on our proposals with the community.
