Welcome to our public consultation website, sharing Barratt London and Places for London’s proposals to develop the area around High Barnet station.

The proposals will deliver up to 300 new homes including 40% affordable homes, new retail and improved public realm on the site of the existing station car park and surrounding land currently used for container storage.

We held our first round of public consultation in November and December 2024 and a second round in February and March 2025. Thank you if you attended one of our drop-ins, our community webinar or completed a feedback form with your thoughts on our proposals.

We are currently reviewing the feedback received, however you can still submit an online feedback form here

Once we have analysed all feedback and finalised our proposals, we will submit a planning application to the London Borough of Barnet later this year.
